National Launch of IscAlert™
Sensocure welcomes you to the National launch of IscAlert™ at Clarion Hotel The Hub, Oslo, February 5, 2026.
Sensocure is an ambitious Norwegian medical technology company, established in 2011. Our first target is to commercialise IscAlert™, the world's first implantable micro sensor monitoring local tissue pCO₂ which provides the ability to identify the onset of ischemic events before irreversible injury occurs.
IscAlert™ is a ground-breaking and patented solution with a numbers of benefits:
IscAlert™ is sensitive to pCO₂ changes and can detect even small variations in a very early stage in tissues. pCO₂ effectively signals when tissues are not receiving adequate oxygenation, regardless of the specific location or type of tissue affected. The rise in pCO₂ levels is a reliable marker of metabolic distress, reflecting the accumulation of carbon dioxide in tissues due to compromised circulation and oxygen delivery.
IscAlert™ addresses a largely unmet medical need as a user friendly, fast and robust real-time monitoring device for pCO₂ changes in tissue.
The IscAlert™ sensor is less than 1 mm in diameter and clinical trials have shown no serious side effects using IscAlert™. The sensor is inserted with the IscAlert Introducer, using a split needle technique.
The IscAlert™ Sensor is sterile to prevent infection at the insertion site.
The IscAlert™ Sensor is biocompatible, which means it is suited for tissue contact and does not aggravate inflammation and allergic reactions.
IscAlert™ is CE-marked in accordance with the Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR) 2027/745
