Trond Herje
CEO
Trond Herje is CEO at Sensocure and holds a MSc Business. He has a proven track record in leadership, innovation management, and investment. He has broad experience from the establishment of growth companies originating from, among others, the NTNU and SINTEF technology communities. He has been an investment adviser and portfolio manager at Leiv Eiriksson Nyskaping with responsibility for investments, and the development and maintenance of management tools and templates related to the investment activities. Also, he was investment Manager and portfolio manager at MicroTech Innovation AS and CEO at the investment company Incendo. He has held several board positions both as a board member and as chairman of technology-heavy companies. In addition, he has experience both as an entrepreneur, entrepreneur coach, and steering group member in the Venture Cup NTNU event.

Erlend Larsen
Member of Parliament, Vestfold Høyre
Member of the Business CommitteeErlend has been a member of the parliament for 8 years. He has been member of the standing committee for health and care (4 years), transportation (4 years) and are now member of the standing committee for trade and commerce.
Erlend was mayor for 5 years before he was elected to the parliament. He was a professional pilot for 22 years before he got into politics.

Linda Kristine Hindhamar

I hold an MSc in Biotechnology and Molecular Biology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Ålesund and the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) in Ås. Over the past four years as a Product Specialist at Sensocure, I have worked closely with the R&D team and supported clinical trial activities. More recently, I have transitioned into a role within marketing and sales, representing the company through meetings and conferences.

Tor Inge Tønnessen
Professor at Oslo University Hospital. Senior Consultant in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, Acute Clinic, Oslo University Hospital
Professor Tor Inge Tønnessen is an anesthesiologist and intensivist, professor at the University of Oslo, and Senior Staff Anesthesiologist at Oslo University Hospital Rikshospitalet. Tønnessen earned his MD in 1981 and PhD in 1990 with a focus on intracellular pH regulation. He trained at the University of Pittsburgh before returning to Norway, where he leads the Biosensor Research Group and has supervised many doctoral theses on biosensor technology and other clinical studies.
He is the inventor of the IscAlert™ sensor and serves as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Sensocure. His research centers on real-time biosensors for early detection of organ ischemia and transplant complications, utilizing tissue pCO₂ sensors and microdialysis catheters to monitor metabolic and inflammatory markers.

Filippo Annoni
MD, PhD, hospital professor, Intensive Care and Internal Medicine specialist University hospital of Brussels, Belgium
I am a senior intensivist in the unit of intensive care, where I carry out my activity as a physician and researcher. My research interests are focused on vasoactive peptides, cardiac arrest and resuscitation science, and more generally on acute cardiovascular care, with the goal to improve patients management and outcome in the critical care setting. I am the co-chair the international symposium on intensive cardiovascular care (ISICARE).

Søren Pischke
Professor at Oslo University Hospital, Senior Consultant in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, Acute Clinic, Oslo University Hospital
I am an MD, PhD, serving as Professor and Senior Consultant in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine at Oslo University Hospital, and as Senior Researcher in the Complement Research Group at the University of Oslo.
My research focuses on ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury across conditions such as myocardial infarction, circulatory arrest, trauma, and organ transplantation. I work on early detection of ischemia using advanced tissue-monitoring techniques and on reducing I/R-induced sterile inflammation, with the aim of minimizing tissue and organ damage.

Ian Pallister
Orthopaedic Major Trauma Surgeon, Honorary Professor of Trauma & Orthopaedics, South Wales Major Trauma Centre, Cardiff
For over 20 years Prof Pallister has worked as a trauma surgeon, specialising in the resuscitation and treatment of major trauma patients. This includes the surgery for pelvic ring and acetabular fractures along with limb salvage surgery. Close collaborative work with Plastic Surgeons and UK Defence Medical services have allowed Prof Pallister to further the management of open fractures, compartment syndrome and the education of surgical teams to deal with time critical trauma surgery problems.

Anne-Marie Gabrielsen
MD, PhD, Specialist in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases at SiV HF
I completed my medical education at Ullevål Hospital and have previously worked there as well as at Telemark Hospital, before joining SiV Tønsberg, where I have spent 12 years as Head of Section at the Medical Intermediate Care Unit. Currently, I divide my time between working as a senior physician in the same unit and conducting research. I treat patients with various types of respiratory failure, both acute and chronic. I also provide follow-up care for patients using different forms of home respiratory support and am affiliated with the National Quality and Competence Network for Long-Term Mechanical Ventilation. My PhD focused on respiratory failure and severe obesity.

Espen Lindholm
Principal Clinical Specialist, MD, PhD
Specialist in anesthesiology and internal medicine, currently Principal Clinical Specialist at Sensocure AS. Dr. Lindholm has developed the protocols for all clinical studies that Sensocure has conducted and is currently conducting. He holds a PhD from the University of Oslo with a focus on ischemia, and much of his recent research has centered on tissue ischemia in contexts such as monitoring after pancreaticoduodenectomy and organ perfusion.

Christina Kile
Head of Sales and Marketing
I hold an academic background in chemistry and biology from the University of Oslo and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. I have over 14 years of experience in sales and marketing within the medtech and pharmaceutical industries. Later in my career, I completed a leadership program at Buskerud University College.
For seven years, I worked at the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO), where I served as Director of Sales and Marketing at NHO Geneo in my final years. In September 2025, I joined Sensocure as Head of Sales and Marketing.
